The Occam 29 is perfect if you prefer dual-suspension and bigger wheels. These new bikes cover a broad performance spectrum for anything from cross-country racing to aggressive trail riding. The new platform is available in Silver Carbon and Hydro Aluminum. Each frame material will be available with tapered head tubes and multiple component assemblies.

We used Advanced Dynamics, our proprietary modeling software, to create a performance-oriented suspension, designed to provide an optimal balance between efficiency and control. The rear end offers 105mm travel, and the bikes are designed for forks with 100/120mm travel length.  

The Occam 29 includes all the core technologies of the Occam 26, in addition to redesigns and major adaptations specific to the use of 29" wheels. 

Occam Silver
The Occam 29 Silver frames are composed of light, high-modulus carbon fibers that provide a just-right blend of stiffness and high impact resistance. This translates into a high performance bike that is robust enough for demanding riders like you. We offer four bikes in this range – Occam 29 S10, S30, S40, and S50.

Occam Hydro
The Occam 29 Hydro frames are built with Orbea hydroformed, triple butted aluminum. The material is extremely light and has impressive mechanical properties, and the specific alloy and T4/T6 heat treatment assure toughness. The complex hydroforming and butting processes save weight while increasing strength and reliability as well. We offer three bikes in this range – Occam 29 H10, H20, and H30.
