Welcome to the Orbea Store. We are here to offer you a convenient and secure way to purchase our world class Orbea Bicycles and products. We’re also happy to assist you with any questions that you may have concerning our goods or a potential purchase.

All of the products shown on our site are priced in US Dollars. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Arkansas. All orders shipped to non-AR destinations are exempt from sales tax.

The Orbea Store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. If you place an order after hours or on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If using a debit card, please be aware that these cards typically have a daily spending limit. You can ensure a speedy transaction by requesting a temporary higher limit with your card-issuing bank before you place your order.

Shipping Methods

All Orbea bicycle and frame orders will ship to an authorized Orbea dealer of your choosing. Your dealer will assemble the bike for you and contact you when it is ready for pick-up. We are unable to ship bicycles outside of the United States.

All US domestic helmet, apparel, parts, and accessories orders will be shipped directly to the customer via USPS Priority Ground unless otherwise specified. Ground orders over $200 will be shipped at no charge. Ground orders can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after you receive an email confirmation that your order is being processed. You may choose expedited domestic shipping — UPS 3-Day or 2-Day. Please understand that orders placed after 2:00 pm (CST) will be processed on the following business day. We also offer USPS Express Mail Overnight. Overnight orders will be processed on the same day if placed before 11:00 am (CST).

Please Note: For US customers outside the contiguous 48 states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all international orders, there is a $100 surcharge to ship complete bikes and frames. There is also a $20 surcharge to ship helmets to these locations.

We're proud to offer a 10% Military discount to current active-duty members of our US armed forces. This discount may be applied to all products sold on the Orbea Store. Proof of service will be required, and the discount will be applicable no matter where you're stationed - either in the US or in a foreign land.   

Please Note: Orders to PO boxes and APO addresses must ship via USPS.

All international orders will ship via USPS Express Mail.

Order Status and Tracking

The Orbea Store is committed to providing efficient and accurate order fulfillment. You’ll receive an email confirmation after you place your order. If you prefer to be able to track your package, you’ll need to select one of our UPS shipping options. Once the order has been processed, another email will be sent with your package tracking information.

Orbea Store Returns and Warranty

All Orbea Store products (including bicycles and frames) are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned merchandise must arrive at the return location, as described below, within a 30 day window from the date of purchase listed on the sales invoice.

In order to return any item, including a frame or complete bike, please contact returns@orbeastore.com to get a return authorization (RA) number and directions for the return process.This RA# is essential for the timely processing of your returned goods.

All bicycle or frame returns will take place through your local dealer once the RA# has been issued and the process has been communicated between all parties involved.

All helmet, apparel, parts, and accessories returns need to be addressed to:

Please Note: All shipping costs for returned goods to Orbea USA will be the responsibility of the customer, save for items shipped in error. In case of miss-shipped merchandise, please contact us for an RA# and a pre-paid return shipping label.

Orbea Products with defective materials or workmanship may be returned in accordance with the Orbea Limited Warranty applicable to the specific product.  All Orbea bicycle frames must be registered at http://www.orbea.com/us-us/garantia/ in order to be eligible for our limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. The paint and finish of your Orbea bicycle is warranted for three years against defect in materials and workmanship. Orbea Warranty approval will be at our discretion and require inspection. Payment Security

Your security is paramount, and the Orbea Store has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information to ensure your comfort and security when shopping. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information, and we have firewalls in place to block unauthorized users. Our site resides on servers that are owned, operated, and maintained in the USA. All user data is stored domestically in a secure environment.

Personal Privacy

We maintain strict security over your personal information. We use that information in the following ways:

  1. To send you transaction related communication or information that you request from us.
  2. To monitor the traffic on our site to help us design the best, most efficient site we can. We use cookies to collect anonymous traffic data.
  3. To send you information about Orbea Bicycles, new products, team news, and Orbea events. We do not share credit card information or email addresses with third parties.
